Vice President (Commercial Finance)
• Serving as the Finance co-pilot to the Commercial teams to shape the strategic go-to-market
approach, achieve Business targets, track performance, and manage the commercials from a
strategic and financial perspective.

• Heading Finance for Noon Retail comprising of Electronics, Fashion, Lifestyle, Private Label,
Grocery and Value Business units.
• Responsible for the Financial and Management Accounting, Internal controls and
fundamentally led various facets of the finance function for Noon Retail.
• Handled Treasury and Working Capital Management across various Retail business units,
negotiations with Banks for facilities and Optimizing Liquidity and cost.
• Managing Supplier relations, Commercial Agreements, Margins & Credit terms optimization,
payables along with systematic Revenue Recognition process, AR and Rebate management.
• Overlooking Supply chain cost optimization, Import terms, Logistics suppliers overview and
payments.
• Ensuring implementation of Financial policies and procedures and setting up Internal checks
and control in accordance to noon governance.
• Heading Finance and Treasury for UAE territory having 25 stores with annual budget of USD 650 Million. Responsible for the Company Financials, Banking, Budgeting, MIS, Internal controls and fundamentally led various facets of the finance function.
• Treasury Function, Cash-flow planning to ensure liquidity, Negotiations with Banks for facilities and optimizing liquidity and cost.
• Accounts payable and Supplier relations, commercial agreements, Margin optimization, Branding terms and credit terms.
• Manage finance and commercials for DG Help Services (Authorized service centers for Apple, Samsung, HP, Acer) along with in-house Extended Warranty department.
• Evaluation of New Store feasibilities / Business proposals, Capex, and recommendations to Management.
• Ensuring Internal checks and control for Store operations for compliance of defined policies and procedures.
Senior Finance Manager (Territory) : Lifestyle and BeautyBay, UAE
Heading Finance, IT and Admin functions for LIFESTYLE and BEAUTYBAY UAE territory having 37 stores covering 250K Sq. ft. with annual budget of USD 115 Million.
Store profitability analysis and support to Territory head for commercial decisions on Markdowns, Events, Promotions and Cost control.
Feasibility studies, Lease deed executions for New Location, and Kiosk business.
Loss prevention, reduction in Shrinkages and Damages Control processes.
Ensuring Internal checks and control for compliance of defined policies and procedures.
Coordination with PRO for Trade Licenses, Event permissions, and Employee related issues.
