Accountabilities ensure day to day supervision of the drilling operations in accordance to safety and
environmental standards, government regulations together with company policies manage onsite
rig personnel and third party contractors maintain daily activity reports, cost tracking, vendors
evaluations
• Evaluating and assessing different well formations and its behaviours while drilling in the Persian
Gulf placing well control as high priority
• Liaise with Manager and engineers to make joint decisions to optimize field operations effectively
between field and office
• Coordinate between engineering and logistics department to ensure equipment and material is
ready
• Key Achievements- Leadership roles and managing large team of people whist gaining the teams
respect

Supervision of Operations at well sites (offshore/onshore) and ensures that the work is completed in
alignment with approved work procedure, company standards, policies and procedures
• Adhere to strict Management of Change (MOC) procedure as not all planned activities are reality
in field
• Tracks and records daily activities in well report
• Leadership and communication around Emergency Response Procedures with regular drills, to
ensure all in conformance
• Worked as a Well Site Leader in the Azeri field, Azerbaijan executing - Electric Line/Wire line, Coil
Tubing, Fluids Management, Completions / Intervention).
• Well Control and Training Updates
• Cost optimization - reduce operational cost and maximize project budget
• Operational Excellence - planning improvements, execution time reduction- smart approach
• Innovative Solutions- select techniques to protect well heads from corrosive environment

Supervision of Operations at well site (Land) and ensures that the work is completed in alignment
with approved work procedure, company standards, policies and procedures • Liaising with Tool
Pushers to monitor daily progress and operations as per the plan
• Responsible for inspection of materials received at well site.

• Leadership and communication around Emergency Response Procedures with regular drills, to
ensure all in conformance as per IADC guidelines
• Ensure that proper safety procedures are implemented and maintained
