Working as Sr. D.G.M. Power Plant (Electrical) for 105 MVA, CPP with commissioning, environment, troubleshooting, planning & execution for Preventive improvement & shutdown jobs at GPIL, Siltara, Raipur.
•Preferred managerial Duties at the Division level including preparation & verification of the existing Drawings, including the interface with various engineering disciplines during design / commissioning documents. Conceptual & detailed Electrical / Civil design & layout maintenance and logic development related to Control and Instrumentation system in GPIL, (Line-3) 2.5 MTPA Clinker Project Yanbu Cement Company, KSA & ACC Jamul 1.67 MTPA Cement Works & its 25MW Power Plant.
•Directed preparation of and reviews / approves forecast for Manpower, materials, and supplier required, order tools & initiative action to assure stocks are maintained at minimum adequate level.
•Supporting for ISO-9002 & TPM implementation at ACC Jamul Cement Works, Durg. ISO 9001 2008 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 2004 for Environment Management System & ISO 18001 2007 for Occupational Health & Safety at GPIL.
•Planning for Critical as well as general electrical & mechanical spares.
•Preparation of Safe Operating Instructions, good housekeeping, training & development of subordinates and Plant.
•Historization of all the data related to the plant.
•Preparation of all occurrence reports, Failure reports, Generation Reports, Abnormal incident reports etc. related to the plant.
•IMS based maintenance activities in the Plant and overall IMS implementation in the department. Facilitation of Autonomous maintenance and Equipment ownership amongst the Staff.
•All electrical Equipments routine test, maintenance, calibration & trouble shooting.
•All Over Head Lines, HT Cable Termination, switch board & their Protection Relays.
•All the VVVF Drives of ABB & VACON, ESP, s and their Control panels, DC Battery Bank and chargers up to 600 AH. Blue Star Package AC systems etc.
•To ensure high availability of All Electrical Equipments & Systems in the Power Plant.
•To minimize cost of maintenance of the plant & optimize equipment lifecycle cost.
•Statutory compliance with the Office of CSPDCL, CSPTCL, SLDC, NLDC, CREDA, CSERC, CEA & Electrical Inspectorate - C.G.
•Core Competence in application of Preventive, planned, Breakdown & Predictive maintenance practices ensuring maximum availability with expertise in ensuring adherence to safety, Environment & Health standards along with CDM projects, REC Issuance and sale.
•Training to subordinates and their skill up gradation.
•Annual shut down planning for Synchronous Turbo-Generators, Boilers, Turbines, & their Auxiliaries, All HT (11KV & 132 KV) Switch Boards and Substation, All Motor, AC Drive Panels, HT & LT Breakers, EHV & HV Transformers, up to 45 MVA. Emergency HT & LT DG Sets of 2100 KVA, 750 KVA & 1010 KVA.

Thermal Captive Power Plant:
•Engineering & successful Commissioning of Black Start scheme for 25 MW CPP under totally Blackout condition with TATA Electric Company at ACC Jamul Cement Works.
•Engineering Planning & successful Commissioning of Load Management System by Rockwell Automation System.
•Prepared Energy Data Monitoring & Display System for Report Package Required as per CREDA, CSPDCL, SLDC & NLDC.

Technical Capability :

•WOODWARD 505 & 509 Governor Controllers.
•VVVF Drives - Siemens, L&T, ABB & Vacon makes.
•Relay co-ordination for Stability of Plant to avoid Cascade tripping of generators.

•1 x 12.5 MVA Synchronous Turbo-Generators from CA Parson, England, Along with complete Auxiliary at GPIL
•1 x 12.5 MVA Synchronous Turbo-Generators from Hitachi, JAPAN Along with complete Auxiliary and GT of 6.9/11KV at GPIL.
•1 x 37.5 MVA Synchronous Turbo-Generators from China Along with complete Auxiliary at GPIL
•2 x 31.25 MVA Synchronous Turbo-Generators from VA Tech, BHOPAL, Along with complete Auxiliary design. Distribution, lay outing of CIVIL Construction with 2 x 2900KVA Distribution Transformers at Sister plant Jagdamba Power & Alloys Ltd and GPIL, Siltara.
•Upgradation and Replacement of Old Analog AVR with New Digital AVR designed by ABB on our demanded parameters for 3x10MW Generator at GPIL
•2 x 132 KV/ 11 KV EHV Sub Station with accessories & 2x45 MVA Transformers at Sister plant Jagdamba Power & Alloys Ltd and GPIL, Siltara.
•1 x 8 MW Bio Mass Power Plant (OLD Inoperative) Plant Started after complete O/H, Sister Plant of Hira Group
•Electrical Installation Testing and Commissioning support to 1 x 50 MW Solar Thermal Power Plant Based in Nokh, Rajasthan under National Solar Mission named Godawari Green Energy Ltd (GGEL)
•1 x 2100 KVA Emergency LV DG Set for Power Plant
