Worked as Director ( Western Region ), PCRA (Ministry of Petroleum& Natural Gas) from April 2000 to may 2006.Worked as Additional Project Head at GGSRL, Bhatinda(Punjab) from April, 1999 to march, 2000.
Prior to above worked in maintenance, Technical, Materials, Projects depts of Mumbai Refinery.
Headed Corporate Function of Safety, Health & Environment ( Refineries) at HQO.Responsible for formulating srategies for Safety, Health & Environment in Refineries and monitoring their implementation.

On deputation to the MOP&NG as Director (Western Region).Was engaged in carrying out Petroleum Conservation activities in all the major sectors of economy( Industial, Transport, Agriculture, Domestic Sectors).
Worked as Head of Projects at Bhatinda ( Punjab ) to implement a grass root 6 million Crude Oil Refinery Project( Guru Govind Singh Refineries Ltd.) by HPCL.
Implementd Oil Movement And Storage Automation Project in Mumbai Refinery along with various NPCB projects in Mumbai Refinery. Mumbai Refinery was the first refinery amongst Public Sector Oil Refineries in India to implement such type of OM&S Automation facilities.
Heded materials Function of Mumbai Refinery. Responsible for procurement of entire Mateials & Services for Mumbai Refinery ( including procurement of all the imported materials for the entire corporation ). Responsible for Ware House management of MR.
Responsible for maintenance of Stationary and Rotating Equipments of Mumbai refinery.Carried out entire Turn Around Planning and execution jobs in the refinery. Also headed Electical Dept., Instrument Dept. Rotating Equipment Dept, Garage& Metal Trades as Sr. Manager Maintenance, FR.
Engaged in carrying out regular monitoring of Air And Effluent of mumbai Refinery.Facilitated implementation of NPCB projects to ensure implementation of pollutants limits prescribed by CPCB & MPCB.Co-ordination with CPCB & MPCB officials from time to time.
Engaged in maintaining Rotating Equipments of Entire Fuels Refinery of Mumbai Refinery.
Engaged in carrying out Work Study for assembly job of Aircraft Avro 748 at HAL, Kanpur.
