My responsibilities are Management of Project Quality Management System for all company projects in Abu Dhabi & Iraq. Support Coroprate Quality department to develop Company QMS. Monitoring non-conformance management, change management, Customer complaints and customer and company performance management
Ensure compliance to the QHSE procedures, standards and the regulatory requirements. Assist operation supporting departments to develop and implement the departmental operating procedures. Ensure the change management systems are well evaluated, documented, communicated and tracked. Prepare Project Execution Plan, PMC strategies and contractors QHSE guidelines. Internal, external & compliance verification audit planning, scheduling and leading the audit team. Conduct compliance verification of the contracts, agreements and other regulatory requirements. Review the statistical data and preparing reports summarizing quality assurance findings. Coordinate third party certifications, asset integrity inspections and documentations. Manage customer complaints & feedback, lessons learned and taking corrective actions . Participate in risk assessment, prepare recovery plan and implementation. Monitor unusual occurrences, reporting the follow-up procedures and conducting year-to-date comparisons
