Analysis of Claims and Coding Data in various way that include ePremis and 3M reports Responsible for continuous process improvement and finding solutions of challenging and time consuming non-core areas in daily production
Monitoring project performance for Epic, HPF, ePremis (Relay) queues for timely coding and filling Monitoring activities related to daily charge entry, coding and claims management
Up to date with coding guidelines, charging and coding applications updates.
Create or review SOP and learning material repositories so everyone can be on the same page.
Train new hires and refreshers
Monthly productivity, quality review and feedback with the team and yearly appraisal review.
Participate in SNOMED mappings, 3M auto coding review and Tools change requirements Participate in Epic pre and go-live activities

Provide support and guidance to managers and team for data and updates
Report errors to stakeholders and help in creating process documents
Quality check for ongoing new products, new websites and content
Provide clearinghouse related consultation
Answers to questions form Vice President and Managers of the company in solving complex issues.
