 Managing and leading a team of two key account managers and 20 engineers of three states Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh for Records & Document Management and banking automation machine installation, maintenance and Credit Control (Payment).

 Responsible for Sales of Records & Electronic Document Management Solution (RMS & EDMS) and Banking Automation Solution to Banking Industry and Corporate. From market research to Data mining then cold calling to prospect and designing the customize solution, Presentation, along with proposal and closing with key account management of client for further business generation with track record of achieving the targets.

 Responsible for Operation Management (Territory Management) of Banking machines like Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS), Passbook Updating Machine (PUM), Barcode Printer for PUM, Automatic Cheque Drop Box (ACDB), Solar UPS Solution for ATMs and Bank Branches with their installation plan, team management, complaint tracking & solution, advance approvals, timely invoice submission, payment follow ups, recruitment of engineers, attendance & salary disbursement and reports and MIS & CRM management.

 Manage key accounts of all leading Nationalize, Private bank and Corporate clients at RMS, EDMS and Banking machines domain through their regular follow ups and meetings with senior personnel at their respective local head offices or regional offices to generate more revenue.

 With Strategic Planning Ensure smooth operation and functioning of Banking machines at entire region with maximum revenue collection and network management. Optimum utilization of resources at optimal cost in coordination with senior management.

 Organize training and personality development sessions for the KAMs and engineers to enhance their performance in the field.

 Reports to CEO of the company for further approvals and permissions.
