• Presently working for AL BAHRI FENCING FACTORY as ADMINISTRATOR Since APRIL 18 2013 till date.
Company Profile: AL BAHRI FENCING FACTORY is one of the leading and renowed seller of Barbed wire and other fencing related products. The office of AL BAHRI FENCING FACTORY is located at Deira, P.O Box No.3570, Dubai UAE.
Job Responsibilities: • Maintaining of Duty Roaster on daily basis and submit summary (including the calculation of Over Time) at the starting of first day of the next month.
• Sending Daily Performance sheet on daily basis to Head Office.
• Responsible for employee accommodation and providing them basic amenities including repairing work involved in the provided camp.
• Documentation of all Invoices ( both receivables & Sales)
• Responsible for making Sales Invoice on daily basis and send it head office for verification and submission.
• Responsible for Issuing Purchase Order to the supplier based on the approved Purchase Indent raised by the end user.
• Complete Handling of Warehouse Inventory and Receivables and sending report (GRN) on daily basis to Head Office along with original Invoice.
• Responsible for maintaining stock (Par stock) and ordering of consumables.
• Responsible for the collection Payments from rented warehouses like electricity, water and tenancy rent / contract and make report before send it to Head office.
• Responsible for sending material through Road Transport to various Middle East countries.
• Gives Training to the new employee on safety & security Rules and Regulations.
• Worked for Tata Consulting Services as Back Office Support Executive
