of project.

Kasara, Central Railway, India

* Monitoring the construction of High rise (22 Storied) residential & commercial RCC building with the team of Site Engineers, Foremen & Surveyor that involved footings, columns, prestressed type slabs, etc. with site safety practices.

* Supervising Enabling works, Road works and Infrastructure works with the team of Inspectors &
Surveyors that involved storm water drain & sewer works.
* Evaluating & finalizing the shop drawings, method statement & inspection test plan submitted
by contractor, after necessary alterations.
* Conducting verification and acquiring the approval of material reports as per specifications.
* Executing the project management techniques for ascertaining timely completion of project.

concrete, curb stone, interlocks and all other activities for quality tests and approval of
authorities/ client as per specifications.

o Field density test for confirmation of the compaction & %tage of moisture content.
o Core tests in Asphalt & Concrete roads for confirming to the thickness and compaction.
o Stressing activities for prestressed type structures.
o Execution of retaining walls, gabion walls, box-culverts, slab-culverts, RE walls.
o Auditing progress reports, safety arrangements, achievement of milestone and related
progress vis-à-vis extension of time-limit.
