Mentoring and supervising the overall regional team of credit, operational & accounting functions along with checks through assisting the internal audit mechanism.
•Detailed and in-depth analysis of profitability statements and variations report for the positive as well as reverse movement of growth statistics for the purpose of identification of financial exposures, initiating preventive / remedial measures and providing guidance / support to regions in a timely manner for future course of actions towards desired improvement and correction.

•Regular conduction of training programs for the operations and accounts team updating the market changes, requirements, updating the processes and systems, any negative variations and reports, assessment of credit risk mechanism, market trends, portfolio behavior, red flag raised by auditors etc

Roles & Responsibilities
•Overall monitoring and managing the zone in terms of quality checks & control, adherence of defined credit policies, processes and system, procedural improvements and redefining as per the requirements.
•Synergizing with the operational function in terms of business and profitability growth with the acumen of customer centricity and procedural modifications requirements for balancing the twin objectives.
•Appraisal / Sanctioning of financing proposals relating to various retail assets like commercial vehicles, construction equipments, Auto loan products, refinance, personal & Housing loans within the defined limits.
•Managing the loan portfolio quality in terms of provisioning and delinquency level by way of early and timely warning signals for any negative area, products, branch, customer profile etc. Default account settlement through one time settlement system for chronic defaulting customers as part of zonal committee members.
