To build Bangalore ATS as leading engineering centre for executing local (Indian) and Global projects on U200 Transit platform. Develop and Deploy solutions on Global projects taken by ALSTOM’s transport sector for both main line and transit applications.
Signalling Systems & Solutions - Meeting Quality, Cost & Delivery commitments, Growing India contributions yoy, Building opportunities in new platforms / technologies in India, Developing Roadmap for the designated systems / platforms.
- Engagement with Global stakeholders for India projects.
- Work Package Proposal preparation and Review.
- Participate in joint reviews with stakeholders. Convene periodic meetings at global locations.
- Ensuring feedback from stakeholders are addressed & improvement areas identified
- Coordinating with offshore project managers to share status & plans.
Identify new business opportunities and provide inputs to Senior Management.
Project lifecycle management.
Managing activities through planning & forecasting. Achieve Quarterly & Yearly Targets on the level of engineering activities in designated areas.
Responsibility for the entire Project dealing, like quality, cost, schedule, etc with the customer / stakeholder. Coordinate with the departments involved in the project development and execution, within the organization.
Develop and execute strategic plans, manage it in situations often outside of direct control of the role, directing a wide range of resources toward a common goal.
Working with global centres of Design Authority for various platforms/domains.
Engineering Manager - Head, Project Execution and site closure, Process Automation - Metals. Involved in design, engineering, development and implementation of large value projects in metals industry in India and globally. Manage engineering reources & Project Managers. Oversee procurement, time management, client interface; ensure timely delivery of supplies and overall responsibility of the project completion and site closure.

• 17+ years of experience in various capacities, engineer to manager in automation and process control area, plant wide networking, amalgamation of IT with automation systems at shop floor, development of MIS, execution of projects from concept to commissioning. Project design & development, detail engineering, software development and deployment, debugging and on-line validations. Dealing all financial aspects, Budgeting, contracts, ISO based quality assurance, project progress monitoring and timely completion of the detailed project activity schedule.
