• Distinguished efforts towards managing the marketing and sales of products in the middle east region by coordinating meetings with maintenance /procurement team from various Industries like Cement, Mining, Iron & Steel, Aluminum, Sugar, Petrochemical and other Industries to discuss new and aftermarket requirements.
• Added several new customers while maintaining existing clients by extending appropriate support to the regional agents and stressing on timely response to queries, complaints and regular visits.

• Helmed reins to lead the sales and marketing operations of plate heat exchangers for projects and took care of aftermarket requirements for Saudi Region.
• Spearheaded annual sales revenue of USD 2.5 million from Saudi region.
• Travelled extensively across Saudi region to communicate with the clients . Participated in meetings and prequalification with various customers in Petrochemical & other industries.
• Successfully captured 50% market share for Sondex Heat Exchangers from MEP (HVAC) industry within short span of time.
• Expanded the client network by identifying and onboarding new clients from the Construction industry, Petrochemical, Power & Water and Food & Beverage industry.
• Delivered compelling product presentation, provided technical clarifications and carried out price negotiations.
• Liaised with the consultants for new projects and played a key role in obtaining product approval from major consultants which resulted in orders worth of USD 3.7 million from Saudi region.

• Responsible for Registration and sales of products to Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
• Got products registered with SABIC, generated new customers within SABIC.
• Instrumental in bagging single order worth USD 2.5 million for replacement of Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger from a non-SABIC petrochemical company.
• Assisted sales coordinators to prepare offers in line with company policy and customer requirement.
• Handled products like Air cooled Heat Exchanger and Air-Cooled Condenser of Jord International, Australia; Pressure Vessels and Shell & Tube HE of Unimit Engineering Thailand

• Handled team of Service Engineers as well Installation & Commissioning team for ongoing works at various sites
• Coordinated with various departments to ensure customer complaints on the product is resolved and proper action taken as well timely delivery of material to service /installation sites.
• Preparing offers for Aftermarket spare and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and responsible for carrying out the Annual Maintenance contract. Instrumental in bagging 3 years AMC contract worth USD 6.8 million.
• Providing technical support to field staff pertaining to Pneumatic Disc Brake System and Air Dryers
