The Project Contract Value is QAR545Million (re-measured contract) which comprises the Execution and completion of Roads works, Site Clearance, Fence and Safety Barriers, Drainage and Service Ducts, Earthworks, Subbase and Road Base, Flexible surfacing, Krebs and Footways, Trafic Signs and Road Markings, Drainage, Sewage, Water and Electricity Networks, Streetlight, telephone networks, trafic signals, landscape and irrigation work, TSE Client: Public Works Authority Qatar.
• Musherieb and Education City Stations Project including associated infrastructure works, Doha Qatar, Project value QR 2.4 billion.
Responsibilities:
• Overall Contract Administration
• Preparation, negotiation of claims for prolongation, disruption, loss of O.H & Profit and other claims.
• Contractual correspondence & negotiation with Clients, Consultant & Subcontractors.
• Coordination & assistance to the Planning department in preparation of claims for extension of Time.
• Finalization of Subcontracts and other Agreements and administration of the same.
• Supervision of Senior Quantity Surveyors/Quantity Surveyors.
