• Traveled to Dubai as BU to meet the customer for new & vertical business and also to make necessary new facilities in branch
• From Recruiter, I have been promoted as Acting Business Unit Lead for Middle East and given all responsibilities like: Recruitment, Post Recruitment to Key Account Management.
• Joined as a Recruiter and awarded as Team Lead within 6 months from the DOJ.
• Given opportunity to act as BDE to acquire new clients
• Signed with more than 40 clients in Bangalore and hired 12 recruiters immediately to serve for clients.
• Closed the financial year with 1 crore of business along with team.
• Achieved the target of 60 LPA.
