Responsible for supporting clients as they Automate and modernize their infrastructure such as installation, commissioning, Troubleshooting, calibrating and maintaining.
Maintain machine up time at 90% by avoiding reoccurrence of breakdown by carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance at regular intervals.
Determines Project schedules and works with team and other departments across the plant to ensure adherence.
Work on independently on smaller projects and work as part of a team on larger projects.
Responsible for Executing projects such as Tank Farm Management Systems (TFMS), TLF Gantry Metering Systems, Control Room Modifications like Safety PLC, Process PLC, Work Station, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, MOV Master Stations, Panel’s Erection, Testing & Commissioning, Planning and work schedule for day to day activities with contractor and clients.
Provide technical support to partners within Engineering and Operations for automated
systems during the life cycle of the equipment.
Responsible for implementing safe work practice for crew members, for safe successful project completion.
Ensuring material testing is completed as detailed in QA/QC documentation, providing accurate and consistent data.
Assist in controls and automation designs for projects related to the oil industry
