Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide administrative support for the Department such as answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving and referring a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
• Coordinate and perform a range of staff as well as operational support activities for the unit; serve as a liaison with other departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.

➢ Responsible to handle Petty Cash Expenses & claim timely reimbursements from Finance Department
➢ Responsible to handle cash against cash sales and cheques (CDC & PDC) & ensure they are sent to Finance Department on priority basis
➢ Responsible for cheque posting register
➢ Support General Manager & other Sales staff
➢ Prepare daily, monthly, year to date Sales Analysis
➢ Update the sales team regularly their performance against monthly targets
➢ Responsible for all maintenance & repair works at L&M premises & staff accommodation
➢ Responsible for staff attendance register
➢ Monitor and responsible for scrap sales and send the amount recovered to Finance Department
➢ Actively involved in the sales and business development strategies of the company.
➢ Any other responsibilities as may be notified in writing from time to time
