Profile2:
Providing Remote Infrastructure Management service to the Client’s.
• Verifying alerts triggered from all monitoring devices such as routers, switches, call manager
servers, etc.
• Providing complete technical support related to the Network Problem.
• Contacting clients in a procedural manner.
• Modify/Change/Add/Delete Network configuration as per the client’s request.
• Opening Ticket and working with ISP’s like ATT, Verizon, Level 3 etc., to isolate the issue.
• Opening Cisco TAC Case for troubleshooting issues related to Cisco devices.
• Handling Service Desk.
• Troubleshooting issues related to data network and IP telephony.
•Interacting with US and Canadian clients to troubleshoot issues related to Internet service.
•Researching on client’s Network related issue.
•Special assistance in the creating, managing and operating the email accounts.
•Troubleshooting slow speed and connectivity issues.
•Testing the client’s circuit using circuit ID and generating reports related to issue.
•Creating and handling Tickets for all the issues using Remedy (tool).
