• Troubleshooting and installation of Windows XP/2000/Vista OS/Windows 7/8.1.
• MS office Installation and configuration.
• To install the newly received photo copier machine, Printer and ensure that it is connected to the computer system
• Immediately responding to any complaint received from the users
• Checking if there is any problem with the operation of machine by repeating paper tests
• Repairing the machines as and when required
• Changing the color and black cartridges as per the requirement
• Responsible for troubleshooting, rebuild and repair for printers, fax machines
• Worked on black/white and color digital equipment
• Worked on Brother, HP, Epson, Ricoh, Canon etc.
• Repair all kinds of LCD, LED Monitors etc.

• Quality skills in installing new machines
• Ability to handle multiple machines at the same time
• Can operate complex copier machines which include scanner and printers
• Well trained in operating copying machines of Ricoh.
• Ability to work for long hours
• A computer savvy person
• Excellent in repairing the copier machine and servicing
Roles and Responsibilities:
o To install the newly received copier machine and ensure that it is connected to the computer system
o Helping the people in getting the copy of the paper as per the desired font
o Immediately responding to any complaint received from the users
o Checking if there is any problem with the operation of machine by repeating paper tests
o Repairing the machines as and when required
o Changing the color and black cartridges as per the requirement
o To check the stock of equipments and other parts like cartridges which are required for repairing
o Ordering of the stock which is required
o Doing the necessary paper work related to the order
Computer Skills:
• Operating Systems : Windows 2000/XP, Vista/Widows 7/8.1, DOS 6.0.
• MS Office, Video Editing, Installing all kinds of Software’s etc
