 Afford Software Technical assistance, Training & Product demonstration.
 Planning technical activities, tasking the team, leading technical delivery
periodically.
 To accomplish application fixes in client stations.
 Document and report application defects to Development team.
 Assist Quality assurance team in validating bug fixes and patches.
 Provide regular reports to Senior management team & contribute to new version
development.
 Engineer Customer service in IT Infrastructure Management services Division
