Job Responsibilities (Lead Quality Inspectors/Welding Engineer/Painting Inspection/Internal Auditing/Welding Inspection/Pre commissioning/ Commissioning)
•Leading a team of Welding Inspectors by giving guidance on technical subjects, resolve problems and take decisions
•Involving in Planning of Inspection at pre-contract, In-contract, post-contract stages of project.
•Achieving the quality by working to company procedures and codes of construction or standards.
•Material receiving inspection as per project requirements. Conducting surveillance inspection for the received & stored materials and suggest the corrective action for the effective preservation, Review of MTC(Material Test Certificate and Preparation MRIR( Material Receiving Inspection Record and offering for Client approval.
•Review of Project Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions (MR, to ensure Compliance to contract requirement in Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre- Commissioning Phases and to identify Engineering Criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to Quality Discipline.
•Checking and Review of Isometrics, GAD, P&ID to confirm the consistency of smooth flow of work.
•Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan, Quality Control Procedures, WPS, PQR, ITP's & Ensuring compliance of all necessary documentation in accordance with the Contract specifications, International Standards, Project Quality Requirements, Client policy and the statutory regulations.
•Inspection coordination for Fabrication of Piping & Structures at Workshop.
•Regular Welder Performance Analysis Preparation and submission to Company Review.
•Conducting regular internal meetings with all the Quality Control Personnel for insisting and ensuring QMS, throughout the execution of project. Conducting Quality Control training for various job activities to Supervisors and Workers.
•Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 QMS & Project Quality Plan Requirements throughout the Project Execution.
•Monitoring and Ensuring flow of Quality Control activities fulfils the project requirements.
•Carrying out Painting inspection for piping spools & structure’s at the GS & Sub contractor painting yard.
•Interpretation of radiographic films, Review of PWHT Charts, TML (Thickness Monitoring Location and NDT Reports
•Responsible for Client Complaints & Comments review and feedback towards Customer satisfaction.
•Cooperates with the Construction team and provides proactive advices to prevent issues and resolution in raised Issues for Quality Related subjects. Raise NCR’s for any Non Conformance Identified during audits, Surveillance visits and routine Inspections, and Follow-up with relevant project department for timely closing of NCRs.
•Ensuring the smooth flow of Quality in the project by Maintaining and Monitoring of weld control reports, NDT summary sheet (line wise or piping class wise welding welders acceptable percentage report etc.
•Smooth flow of Commissioning by closing all Mechanical Completions, PTO Sub- System, System packages.
•Controlling the all-Discipline Inspectors to smooth flow of the project.
•Vendor Documents Review and submission to client.
•Weekly and Monthly Reports with Client.
•Attending Construction Review meetings, MOM with Clients.
•Preparation of Dossier & Final handing over of documents as per Client requirements.
•Coordination with Civil, Electrical & Instrument team and Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for Improvement to top management

Job Responsibilities ( Lead Inspectors/Painting/Welding Inspecion /Internal Auditing/ Plant Inspection/System Package review)
•Detail Study of Project Quality Control requirements.
•Review of Purchase order Documents and Vendor Procedures for Vessels, Heat Exchangers and other project materials. Review of Material Test Certificates, Inspection & Testing Records, and Manufacturer Record Books for all Project Procured materials as per the Approved Drawings, Datasheets and Client Specifications.
•Review of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS, Procedure Qualification Record (PQR as per ASME - Section IX.
•Carrying out Painting inspection for piping spools & structure’s at the Contractor & Sub contractor painting yard.
•Reviewing all NDE reports and evaluating RT films.
•Line Walk down and Punch Preparation and close out with contractors for Hydro testing, Mechanical Completion & Pre commissioning Stages
•Witnessing of Pressure testing for the pre-fabricated spools, Heat Exchangers, Vessels and valves at the workshop.
•Conducting Internal Audit, Kick off Meetings & Vendor Pre-Inspection Meetings.
•Responsible for Issuance of Inspection Release and Shipping Clearance
