- Participate in executing T&C procedures, Testing and commissioning of CBTC based Metro Rail Signaling and Telecom system.
-Perform the configurations and testing of onboard equipment.
- Report all non-conformities of the maintenance tools to PrCOM and design teams through CRs
-Lead the functions and configurations of All Maintenance support Systems (BTE, MSS, and Datalogger system).
- Conduct necessary static and dynamic testing using electronic diagnostic equipment and calibrated test tools.
- Perform T&C tasks with all sub-systems (IXL.ATC, DCS, ATC, MSS) Interface with all other Sub-Systems for the tools integration.
- uploads/upgrades operational software and perform site testing based on the approved procedures.
- Technical support for the IT Equipment’s and Servers in the Operation data center and Backup Operation data Center (OCC/BOCC).
- Managing Systems integration, testing’s, and operational support for ATC/ATS/IXL/DCS Sub Systems.
-Implementing technical updates of systems and procedures
- Ensure that safety conditions are gathered at all time for tests to be carried out.
- Report the working progress to the direct interface (managerial and functional)
-Delivering corporate and project wide IT projects & services in coordination with stakeholders
-Proposing and implementing IT solutions as demanded by the business
- Controlling security compliance in accordance with IT policies and procedures; enforcing adequate measures to protect business data; advising management, as required

-Conceptualised and built the complete IT infrastructure for Project Offices from scratch
- Planning and implementing Data backups and disaster recovery
-Primary contact for the LAN/WAN and infrastructure
- Prioritizing day-to-day IT Operations based on ITIL core values.
- Leading the Level 1 & 2 Support Team and handling escalations.
