 Identifying customer requirements for registration and pre-qualification, acting in advance to submit a compliant registration and prequalification documents to target new opportunities in EPC and construction market  Preparation of market research reports, competition scenario, new prospects reports, SWOT analysis, bid winning strategy etc.  Preparation of executive summary of project, contract synopsis, commercial and scope related queries, risk review presentation for management approval to bid.  Management of overall process of technical and commercial proposal preparation including internal coordination with various departments (Engineering, Estimation, F&A, Legal, treasury etc.) and external coordination with customer, licensor, Consortium partner if any  Identifying issues/clauses in ITB documents and discussing the same with the clients to make the clauses equitable and/or minimize the risk while bidding for Oil & Gas projects  Analysing contractual/commercial risks associated with the project and suggesting mitigation strategies for the same to the management  Estimation of Manpower and Financial cost (insurance, Interest, contingency etc.)  Budget (order inflow, sales etc.) and strategic planning activities (was involved in Lakhsya MTR planning and a key member for business development in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain & Iraq)  Information Technology coordinator for marketing and proposal departments: key member in developing IT infrastructure and in implementation of IT security standards in Saudi Arabia

•Identify leads for formation of JV’s for future Business Prospects.
•EPC for oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Sector.
•Ensure prequalification of the organization with existing and potential customers.
