Hands on experience in Commissioning, Maintenance and Operation of Granulation Unit,
Conveyors, Stacker, Reclaimer and Ship loader (Field & DCS)
* Operation support in field during production of granulated Sulphur by checking field conditions
healthy for hassle free startup & rectifying if any abnormalities in the field.
* Frequent checking of Sulphur steam jacketing network supplied for Sulphur storage tanks, drain
pits, Sulphur pumps, filters & granulation units to avoid any cold spot generation. Check steam trap
condition, cleaning & again putting in service.
* Monitoring, measurement and control of process parameters, trouble shooting, housekeeping,
reporting abnormalities and non-conforming products.
* Follow Panel Operator instruction for Sulphur transfer pumps, pit pumps line-up.
* Manual operation of Stacker / Reclaimer for pile leveling, machine cross over, bringing Stacker /
Reclaimer to parking area for maintenance.
* Checking stock pile status during stacking / shiploading & correct position of Stacker / Reclaimer to
proper location, setting travel limits.
* Checking upstream / downstream conveyors status for stacking / shiploading & giving clearance to
panel for auto operations of equipment.
* Monitor of De-dusting units scrubber tank level /pressure, adjust water flow, dampers etc.
* Providing / obtaining information instruction to / from panel board operator, vendor, or third parties,
as required.
* Steam straps maintenance and service.
* Maintenance & Operation of Gangway Tower.
* Well know about all limit switches and operation limits and reset if it trips.
* Operation of Centralize lubrication (Field and DCS panel)
* Operation of Dust separation system and Wet de-dusting system.
* Good in solving Vibration and Speed sensor problems in Blower.
* Good in Solving Misalignment of Conveyors and reset the system in field.
* Pull cord rope to set and reset in field.
* Well known of Metal Detector faults & reset in Field.
* Maintenance Belt Scale Errors & reset in Field.
* Field Bunker Loading and Truck loading.
* Conveyor Diverter gate positing adjustment as per Stacking and Loading position.

Organizing, assigning and supervising pre commissioning activities, performed by contractor
* Co-ordinate with all maintenance departments like mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation for
maintenance job to be carried out...
* Done many major / minor maintenance works of equipment during commissioning & warranty period
of the plant.
* Developing and preparation of pre-commissioning systems and detailed procedures for flushing,
blowing, lube oil systems flushing, chemical cleaning/pickling of process lines of compressors, leak
test, inerting, etc. accordingly with client standards and comments; submitted to review, comments
and approval to Comm. Manager and client organization; Reinstatement procedure for system,

* Following up Process loop / piping flushing by applying different methods (water / air / chemical
cleaning etc.) & final reinstatement. Supervising performance of Pre-commissioning tests: air leak
tests, Rupture tests, inerting etc.
* Develop and prepare inspection and test reports for pre-commissioning activities and forwarding to
Comm. Manager.
* Reviewing and checking of materials, chemicals inventory for pre-commissioning activities and
spare parts from equipment suppliers and vendors,
* Prepare documentation necessary, in collaboration with construction contractor, for work package
specification such as chemical cleaning, pickling, passivation and leak & inertisation of systems.
* P&ID check for system readiness for mechanical completion, punch list, co-ordination of
mechanical completion in accordance with procedures.
* Individual System Walk Thru for Mechanical completions, documentation for Request for inspection
(RFI) & punch list activities.
* Enforce the “S.T.O.P for safety” awareness in the workspace & Permit to Work system, toolbox
meeting
* Nitrogen Purging in Vessels.
* Mechanical completion checking of various lines with isometric views and P&ID’s
* Maintaining Nitrogen Air Compressor reports and logs.
* Maintaining Cooling Water pump reports and logs.
* Preparation and Execution of work permit for the concerned job
* Assist the site subcontractors to compile hydro test packs and turnover dossiers.
* Conducting through stage-wise inspection as per procedures / codes as well as alignment &
assembly of equipment at site during installation.
* Schedule walk downs communicate with all disciplines and arrange for marked up P&ID’s and all
required documents for successful walkthrough’s in timely manner.
* Daily performing H.S.S&E activities related to Site like, Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification,
Near Miss reporting”.
* Physical Monitoring on Daily Basis of Contractor Site & Store’s and accordingly look after Quality
Control.
* Manage team of junior engineers to carry out site project work.
* Co-coordinating with Govt. bodies for permission granting prior to Excavation of Roads.
* Ensure compliance with contract provisions as well as in line with the Company’s reporting system.
* Have handled execution, documentation support.
* Continuous team work with Marketing Dept. for control of large customer database (approx. 10, 000)
regarding customer satisfaction and complaints.
