General Work Description and Responsibilities
• Hands on Experience on Honeywell Building Management System, USA
• Preparation of GA drawings, Point lists, DGP, DDC and UPS installation. Installation of HWWF02-
FCU-H and HW-WF02-VAV wall modules and 3rd party integration and BACnet
Integration w.r.t. the system.
• Assist the Project Manager with overall project performance including costs, schedule,
quality, and project status.
• Review, escalate & resolve technical issues in the Tender drawings, shop drawings and
related project documents which includes Project Specification and BOQ
• Prepare regular project reports for top management.
• Ensure all commitments are met in accordance with the goals and objectives of the project.
• Communication & resolution of project issues between Consultant & Construction Manager.
• Lead process discussions to develop and implement solutions to benefit stakeholders.
• Develop project plans. Track & communicate the status of activities and project milestone.
• Gathering and correlating basic engineering data.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and technical matters.
• Execution of project within the budget in accordance with contract conditions.
• Do techno-commercial negotiations with suppliers & release orders complying to project
specification.
• Material selection, submittal, preparation of Compliance statements and approval
• Project quantity re-measurement and Variation claim, follow up and approval from the
consultants / client.
• Assign duties to Engineers and Supervisors and workforce allocation.
• Preparation of IPC, PA, RFIs and Variation Orders
• Attending project coordination meetings and coordinate with other trades
• Verify WIRs prepared by site engineers and discuss with consultants for any technical
negotiations if required to obtain approval for executed works.
• Inspect all materials delivered to site warehouse and ensure material delivered is as per the
order and approvals.
• Provide Support to Project Manager - Prepare monthly progress payment application.
• Follow up with draughtsman for timely submission of shop drawings and as built drawings.
• Work with suppliers / system specialists to trouble-shoot problems that may arise.
• Coordinate with clients, contractor, and consultants to determine project requirements,
schedules and deliverables.
• Testing & Commissioning procedures/activities of Electrical and Low Voltage Systems
• Close Out Documentation

Project Description: 6 Substations including 10Nos. 1250kVA + 1No. 1000kVA Transformers - 6 Nos. Generators ranging from 375kVA to 1600kVA - UPS system, Lighting Control System, Central Battery System, Fire Alarm System, Audio Visual System, Public Address System Security System - CCTV System & Access Control System, Master Clock System, BMS System, Telecommunication System.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with Consultants for design coordination issues for project execution
• Coordinate with other trade Contractors to execute Electrical and Low Voltage works.
• Coordinate with HVAC & Plumbing Teams to avoid clashes with electrical services and to provide necessary power requirements for various mechanical Equipment & Systems considering their equipment selection and approvals.
• Attend weekly Progress meetings and Co-ordination Meetings with the Project managers and Construction Managers
• Attend Client Meetings along with Consultants, Contractors, and Client Project Managers
• Site Labor Management - Material Planning and Procurement; Site Safety & Management
