Responsibilities:

 Worked with Charge, Payment and Denial posting.
 Handle a 25 member team of Calling Agents.
 Check status of all open RAI from client and close them as per response.
 Assign accounts to all agents for calling and checking the claim status.
 Auditing of all the account done by the agents.
 Prepare daily and monthly MIS and generate weekly reports as per client requirement.
 Also check the EOB and forward to back office as per there denial or payment.
 Send the hard copy of claim to Insurance as per their denials.
 Send quality report to my concerned senior.
 Download aging from the client software.
 Priority to work AR days to get revenue
