Responsibilities:
Worked with Charge, Payment and Denial posting.
Handle a 25 member team of Calling Agents.
Check status of all open RAI from client and close them as per response.
Assign accounts to all agents for calling and checking the claim status.
Auditing of all the account done by the agents.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS and generate weekly reports as per client requirement.
Also check the EOB and forward to back office as per there denial or payment.
Send the hard copy of claim to Insurance as per their denials.
Send quality report to my concerned senior.
Download aging from the client software.
