Supervise payroll Team with proper training and guidelines, Checking of all types of leave applications like Annual, Emergency and Sick Leave for the approval, Checking of the End of Service Benefits based on UAE Labour Law, Performance Appraisal and Preparation of Admin Orders for Salary Revisions, Cost Report: Preparation of monthly cost report of projects and send to the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for their review. Support and service payroll needs of construction managers on multiple job sites. HRA advance: Checking of the documents such as Tenants Contract, Eligibility etc for approval of the request for House Rent Allowance Advance, Supervise Flight Ticket: Supervise the process of ticket issue by checking the eligibility.Corporate Office Report: Preparation of Monthly Corporate Office Report for gross earnings on the elements of the total package to the employees, Headcount of employees joined, Separated and Active.Management Reports: Preparation of MIS for HR & Admin Manager for Review of Salary and department wise cost to Company.Budgeting: Prepare and maintain the payroll budget for the financial Year and submit to HR & Admin Manager for approval. Internal & External Audit: Assists internal and external auditors as well as other accounting departments with payroll related information and issues.Reply to the Queries: Interfacing effectively with employees on their queries and solve problems for company employees and clients on payroll and payroll related issues. Salary Disbursement: Co-Ordinate with Financial Institution for timely disbursement through WPS. Cost Analysis: Review the monthly cost consisting of all provisions and compare with the previous months cost and the variance will be informed to the HR & Admin Manager
