• Planning to identify the in filled exploration gap corresponding execution with monitoring of u/g exploration drilling to redefine and delineate the ore body.
• Core logging of drill holes with detailed geological information viz. structural, lithological, mineralization zones and preparing samples of core to ensure the grade of mineralized zone.
• Preparation of geological sections and level plans with detailed geological, mine development sampling information and ore body wireframe with Datamine and AutoCAD Software as well as manually.
• QAQC of lab analyzed samples to ensure the analysis practices and make them error free and consider as final samples for explored blocks of mines.
• Managing geologist team with their job responsibities as well as drill crew as per plan.
• Provide the ore body limits to planning department for stopes design.
• Assisting Cavity Monitoring Survey (CMS) to ensure the actual breakage of stopes v/s stopes design and interpret the CMS data with Datamine Software to control dilution.
• Interpretation of daily Breakage of stopes rings to control the dilution with Datamine & Auto CAD software.
• Assisting with Sirovision Software for geological and geotechnical mapping of development faces in u/g with Geologist team and interpretation the images to correlate the ore body and structural controls.
• Bore Hole Camera Survey (Devi Soft) to define the true path of drilled holes.
• Establishment of Mobile Carrier Rig U6 (MCR) with new initiatives for precise exploration with drilling crew which is India’s first rig using in Sindesar Khurd Underground Mines.
• Regular maintaining of database management i.e. exploration, production, QAQC data etc.
• Daily projection of grade v/s mine scheduled production.
• Safety auditing on production, DD and sampling site and maintain high quality safety standards in workplace.
• Assisting geologists for management of ore stock yard and dispatched the ore to crusher with proper blending to achieve the projected grade.
As Mine Geologist in SGX Minerals Pvt. Ltd (25th July 2011 - 14th January 2013)
• One and half year experience as Geologist in SGX Minerals Pvt. Ltd. (Manganese Open Pit Mines), from 25th July 2011 to 14th January 2013.
• Planning and execution of exploratory drilling to delineate the ore body and generation of company revenue.
• Planning of vertical air rotary drill holes to define the extent of manganese band.
• Provide ore body with precise information to planning department for cutting plans.
• Manage the men power at mine site and distribute their job work i.e. segregation, dressing screening of RoM and prepare RoM report.
• Coordinate with mining engineers about quality control to avoid waste within ROM.
• Regular Grade Monitoring and Sampling of the dressing material to finalize the grade.
• Regular monitoring of development faces to provide geological information helpful during excavation and to control grade of running production faces.
• To maintain quality of manganese ore and related products at all stages and enhance total customer satisfaction through prompt delivery of quality materials and services.
• Manage Manganese stocks according to Grade and market demand at mine.

As Exploration Geologist
• Generation of new targets for Manganese exploration and designing cost-effective and timed exploration programmes with project milestones and action plans .Supervision of prospecting and detailed exploration.
• Explored resources nearly 1.0 million tones (mt) during green field exploration at Putikavalsa of Eastern Ghats with geological activities viz. geological mapping in appropriate scale with proper geological information, geochemical exploration (rock chip, soil sampling) in green field.
• Generating geochemical maps, putting drill holes targets, drilling supervision, core logging and core sample preparation and prepare section and geological plans by Datamine & Auto CAD Software.
• Interpretation of exploration data by Datamine Software determining next steps in exploration to get economic mineralized areas.
• Ore body modeling and grade interpolation using core sample analysis.
• Reserves calculations & Resource classifications.
• Manage field survey (green field & brown field), multidisciplinary project co-ordination, technical writing, staff training and development; supervise field screws, exploration program management.
• Negotiating with land owners and locals during drilling activities in ML/PL/RP areas.
• One year experience as Jr. Geologist in Rajpura Dariba Mines, Hindustan Zinc Limited (Vedanta Resources) from 27th July 2010 to 25th July 2011.
• Underground Geological mapping at appropriate scale of the newly developed crosscuts/faces and to identifying all the geological continuities and discontinuities features. Foot Wall/ Hang Wall ore contact, lithology contact, shear zone, cavity, jointed/fractured zones are traced.
• Sampling of drilled core to delineate the ore body width and different blasted stopes, stockpiles, mill concentrate etc. to control grade.
• Preparation and execution of ore body plans and sections according to demand of planning department by using Datamine & Auto CAD Software.
• Core Logging of drill holes for geological information related to ore body delineation and geotechnical studies viz. core recovery, RQD, joints and their orientation, shear zone, cavity etc.
• Regular Grade Monitoring and Sampling of the blasted muck samples and channel chip sampling in different running stopes and mill concentrate (Zn and Pb).
• Integration & Interpretation of underground exploration data by Datamine & determining next steps in exploration to get economic mineralized areas and grade control for coming blocks as well as running stopes.
• Regular monitoring of development faces to provide geological information helpful during excavation and to control grade of running stopes.
• Prepare ROM monthly report to achieve production target with projected grade.
• Updation of plans and sections according to running excavation with Datamine as well as Auto CAD software.

(Applied Geology) with good academic record, securing 70.77%, 2) Summer training at Khetri Copper Complex, Rajasthan(2009), 3) Field training in delhi super group area including narnaul, bhiwani, kalyana etc. in 2009, 4) Filed work in lower shiwalik area including area shimla, kufri, naldera, etc. in 2010. 5) Training on data mine software for ore body modeling to estimate resources, reserve and grade.
