Single-family house (as measured by number of rooms) and the selling prize of the house(in $thousands).
A sample out of recently sold total of 5430 houses country wide to 7 small cities are selected.The houses
in the city had been reassessed at full value one year prior to study. The results are stored as training datasets
to ascertain a model to predict the selling price (in $thousands), using the assessed value as well as time.
The data ingestion for this training data set is synthesized as qualitative and quantitative data under supervised learning using machine learning methodology of multiple regression using R .

The Data/File for generating reconciliation reports will be stored in a central repository and reconciliation happens between two sources Omega-Sigma and Ogis-Sigma through datastage with source level extraction from request tracking, request coverage on matching criteria by Request ID Local Policy number by synchronizing the two sources using ETL layer and output is interact with Excel macro based on issuer country.
