♣ Achieved zero snag store for TODS in Dubai and KSA and minimal snags for other brands through proper design management and detail development.
♣ Spearheaded opening of first ANYA HINDMARCH opening in the region (at Riyadh) complete with design, detail and project management.
♣ More than 85% projects handed over on time to commercial team for opening.
♣ “0” compensation to the brand because of fault in design and detail development and defined SOW (scope of works)
