Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems

Organize maintenance of IT hardware, software and LAN and WAN.
Supervise functioning of IT staff (State team and District team).
Supervise & Maintain EDUSAT / VPN network of Video Conferencing & Data Transference.
Familiarize and operate Video Conference equipment, undertake preventive maintenance and trouble shooting for small problems, and coordinate with service providers for major breakdowns.
To assist State Surveillance Officer and other officials in carrying out the IDSP activities.
Organize information received from District Surveillance Units
Preparation of reports required under the project / Prepare Periodic and Annul reports
Monitoring of 1075 connectivity in State / District
Analyze S, P, L data for time/place in spreadsheet for identifying rising trend of Disease over time / Early Warning Signals
Desktop installation and configuration.
Installing OS, configuring and testing.
Updating software and to new versions.
