 Mainly responsible for preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, break down maintenance, industrial cleaning & waste disposal & Support services like manpower supply, scaffolding, insulation etc.
 Looking after equipment maintenance like Heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, Separators, flare systems, Overhauling & testing of relief valves & Pressure vacuum valves, OHL line (33KV) insulator replacement, re-termination, breakdown maintenance of OHL, circuit breaker PM, relay testing, station overhead lifting facilities PM/CM, SAP data gathering & uploading etc.
 Well maintenance services like beam pump PM/CM, Well head integrity test, PCP-PM for electrical & Instruments, ESP-PM for electrical & Instruments, Multiple selector valves PM/CM, centrifugal pump & motor PM/CM, various valves, gear boxes etc.
 Maintenance of all pressure vessels & storage tanks :- Isolation, opening, sludge removal, cleaning using high pr. Jet & chemical, inspection, repair including bottom plate, annular plates & roof replacement, Vacuum box testing, blasting, internal & external coating as per SP 1246 & hand over.
 Maintenance of Fin fan coolers, Inspection & testing of water bath heaters, Inspection & testing of gas fired shell & tube heaters, Oil bath crude oil heaters,
 Tank (Fixed roof, floating roof) rehabilitation Work which includes,
o Isolation, desludging, cleaning, Fabrication & installation of curb angle, stair case, platform, ladder etc.
o Cutting, removal, fabrication, installation & welding of new bottom plates & annular plates, roof, shell plates etc.
o Vacuum box testing.
o Hydro testing of tank as per API 650 & API 653
o Removal & replacement of associated piping, instrumentation etc.
o Installation/rectification & commissioning of cathodic protection system as per AFC drawings.
o Settlement survey of the tank.
o Repairing of tank foundation.

Erection, commissioning & maintenance of GT, Steam Turbine, pumps, compressors, Diesel generators & its supporting system, N2 plants, cooling towers, gear boxes, PSVs, Pr. vessels etc (From Nov. 2004 to Mar. 2007)

 Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of 30 MW, frame- 6, GE make packaged GAS TURBINE unit (09 nos), 32 MW GHH Borsig make STEAM TURBINE, Boiler feed water pumps, Air compressors, N2 plants, diesel generators, electrical generators, PSVs, Pr. Vessels, pumping stations, tanks, heat exchangers, valves, cooling towers & various supporting systems of GT & Steam turbines like fuel forwarding pumping station & filtering station, cooling water system, Inlet air ducting & filtration system, Lube oil system, Atomizing air system, Hi- tech fuel additive dosing system, Atomising air system, CO2 system, exhaust gas system etc.

Major activities performed at RIL.
 Planning & scheduling project activities & closely monitoring critical activities as per bar chart.
 Checking incoming project material & spares as per order specification & packing list, for quality, necessary testing certification as asked in PO & clearing GRN
 Checking of civil foundation as per drawing, positioning equipments on the foundation, leveling, preliminary alignment of equipments ( Turbine to accessory GB, Turbine to load GB, Load GB to Generator, Accessory GB to starting device ), grouting as per OEM’s instruction.
 Erection of various size & MOC pipelines for turbine supporting systems along with its supports, carrying out NDT like DP test, stress relieving, radiography etc. Hydro testing of all pipelines as per test pressure
mention in drawing, Chemical cleaning & steam flushing of all pipelines to achieve require target.
 Checking various control & protection systems like lube oil system, trip oil system, hydraulic oil system, CO2 system, Control oil system for their functionality & installation of equipments as per P& ID.

 Erection, commissioning, operation & maintenance of Blue star make 670 TR centrifugal chiller (02 nos), Thermax 1000 TR vapour absorption chillers (05 nos), 4500 TR capacity, Induced draft, counter flow & cross flow cooling towers (06 nos), -55 deg c two stage brine plant having Howden make flooded screw compressors, 4000 cfm Atlas
copco make dry screw compressors for plant air (12 nos), N2 plants (03 nos) with 99.99% purity, -40 deg c dew point temp. & auxiliaries systems of all above equipments, pumping stations, tanks, side stream filters, heat exchangers, valves, gear boxes, motors, dryers etc.
 Continuous monitoring of machine operating parameters for all utility equipments through online instrumentation, calculation of efficiencies, matching it with design specification, finding out deviation if any & suggest necessary modification to improve it further.
 Calculation of efficiency, rate of evaporation, drift losses, makeup water requirement, blow down rate & quantity of chemical dosing for cooling towers, calculating C.O.P. for chilled water machines, brine machines, heat loss calculation through insulation, calculation of compressor efficiency & pr. Drop for piping network.
 Preparing various budgets (Utility production budget, maintenance budget, spares consumption budget) & setting targets of specific consumption (kW/TR for chilled water, kg/TR for steam, kw/100 cfm
for compressed air) for various utility production, equipment availability, system improvements etc. & monthly review of same with top management.
 To oversee operation & attending preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of all above equipments
 Carrying out condition monitoring of dynamic machinery (Visual monitoring, vibration monitoring, lubrication monitoring, temp. monitoring).
 Preparing preventive & shutdown maintenance schedules for critical utility equipment.
 Maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps of various capacities (Total 180 nos.)
