Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general administration tasks.
- Handle end to end business and work visa processing. This includes compilation of necessary documents from employees as per country requirements.
- Coordinate with local bodies and government agencies for various admin requirements.
- Approve and processing allowance payments to employees such as cash advance and loan includes all employee's benefits.
- Following up with clients for outstanding payments and liaise with business managers & program manager to keep track of due dates of collection.
- Drafting letters, memos etc.
- Managing day to day managements of supplies, equipment and facilities for the organization.
- Liaison with insurance companies for staff medical policies and handling conflicts.
- Manage and take care of other administrative aspects of hired apartments for stay of expatriate in KSA. Negotiations of lease agreements with real estate.
- Managing all the GRO duties.
- Managing all the leave procedures such as Ticketing, Vacation. Emergency.
- Investigate and handling all the disciplinary cases includes employees complains.
- Managing daily the receive & process the requests from various department for new/issuance of document such as passport, vehicle, driving license, iqama, work permit. Etc.
- Submit progress report to management.
- Handling all the Saudis interview.
- Finalize all the resignation procedure.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop the service level standards and goals for the section and implement effective ways of meeting these standards and goals.
- Think and implement innovation ways for the continual improvement of the various assigned processes.
- Coordinates with concern government agencies such as passport, labour and immigration for matters regard.
- Monitoring the receive & process particulars- requests from various department for new/issuance of document such as passport, vehicle, driving license, IQAMA, work permit etc.
- Coordinate with finance department and concern government on matters related to employee’s GOSI.
- Submitting daily progress report to Asst. HR Manager.
- Monitoring all the payment of IQAMA, TAWUNIYA and cell phone.
- Provide and appropriate solutions to employees work related problem.
- Raise employee’s probation period evaluation report to HR Manager.
- Handling all employees’ complaints.
- Raise and report annual performance appraisal of staff to HR Manager.

- Reviewing the bills and making a daily report.
- Opening a new a count for the customers.
