Support execution of the F&I strategy. Coordinate with branch management to develop and implement strategies designed to achieve sales and performance KPIs of the branch and brand.

•Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MI/reporting templates. Ensure timely MI flows for collation.
•Provide performance feedback on the effectiveness of the Processing Hubs and Operations team.
•Ensure team adherence to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Selected Achievements:
•Consistently delivered IPRU above budgeted target by an average of 5%.
•Developed and implemented the Pre-Delivery Inspection( PDI ) program, in which only confirmed deals are approved for vehicle preparation for delivery, which significantly reduced dropout rates and provided a savings of 20% in logistics and vehicle preparation costs, at an average of AED.950 per vehicle. The PDI program is so successful, executive leadership is considering implementing the strategy company-wide.
