The present Project is the construction of Bid Pack 5A& 5B - Roads, Site Utilities, Street Lighting, Surface Parking, Hard / Soft Landscaping, Water Features, Gardens and Oasis Works with a cost US$ 300 Million for Kuwait University. The project is located in Sabah Al-Salem University City-Shadadiya.
The 2nd Project was the construction of Bid Pack 6A& 6B - 13 Decked Parking, 25 Shelters and Associated 5 Ancillary Buildings with a cost US$ 250 Million. The projects in Sabah Al Salem University development are focused on sustainability principles and the buildings are designed intuitively.
The 1st Project was construction of 36 Story Building Tower for Al Saud United Real Estate Company with a cost US$ 40 Million. The Tower consists of two Basement, Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor for retail, a Service Floor, 32 Office Floors divided by a Mechanical Floor at 15th floor level, a further 3 Office Floors and 2 Service Floors at the top. The scope of the work comprises structural, architectural, MEP Services & other associated works.
The project was Construction of Special Forces Facilities for MPW, Kuwait with a cost US$ 200 Million.The project comprise of 50 Buildings for Command, Administration & Accommodation, Military Training and Sports Provisions, Infrastructures and Environmental Services. Due to vast area and its diverse functional requirements; the project is divided in to 5 Units namely ‘Main Entrance Buildings’, ‘Special Forces Departments’, ‘Education and Military Training Fields’, ‘Sports and Communal Facilities’ and ‘General Support Services’; each of which accommodates a group of compatible functional buildings.
The project was the construction of State Audit Bureau New Headquarters for SAB, Kuwait with a cost US$ 90 Million. It is a combination of concrete, steel and glass curtain wall, consists of Head Quarter Building (Built up area 48000) & Car Park structure (Built up area 60000). The Head Quarter building consists of two atria and three parallel office buildings each 8 storey high having offices, conference center, cafeteria, library, VIP offices, health club, six storey high entrance loggia. Demountable partitions and raised floor are used throughout the building with the space under, being used for distribution of all services.
The project was the construction of College of Health Science for PAAET, Kuwait with a cost US$ 21 Million. It consist Main Building of 3 floors with an area of 7000 sqm administration building and amphitheater.
The project was the construction of Hilton Resort for Touristic Enterprises Co with a cost US$ 50 Million. It is a 5-star enterprise constructed to international standards on 250, 000 sqm of sea front property.
The project was the construction of Computer Center/Lecture Hall in Kuwait-University with a cost US$ 42 Million for MPW Special Projects. The building comprises of two units with built up area 34000 sqm and are linked by a plaza area. The complex represents Gate to the University.
The project was the construction of Sabiya Power Station 2400mw for MEW, Kuwait, with a cost US$ 350 Million. It consist turbine generator units, chimney, and 20 supporting buildings including administration & control building, connected to turbine units through bridge.
The project was the construction of Residential Housing Complex at Panchkula for AWHO with a cost US$ 3 Million. It consists 23 blocks with 332 flats & stilt car parking at GF.
The project was Lord’s resort for Suman Motels Ltd, Mumbai with a cost US$ 0.3 Million. It consist 50 guest rooms, 20 detached guest bungalows, restaurants, swimming pools, complete with sauna & Jacuzzi, landscaping, play area for children and sport /recreational facilities.
