Model driven development by capturing business requirements in the form of Business Process Models (BPMs) using WebSphere Business Modeler* (WBM) in Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) format.
Prepare Detailed Data Flows (Sequence Diagrams) using Rational Software Architecture (RSA 8.0) Tool.
Work as a E2E to create context diagram, review interfaces between the two applications and act as a bridge between the client and the development & testing team.
Identify ways to redesign business processes and/ or implement technology required to successfully solve Telecom business problems.

Acting in a consulting capacity to other teams like Testing & Quality, conduct project stakeholder meetings, demonstrative walk-through with customers and their clients and providing them with the necessary overview of the Project and Technical details.
Act as single point of contact between AT&T Management, IBM Senior Management and IBM Delivery Teams.
Ensuring that the potential Business & Performance impacting issues/constraints are identified during the Review stage, and notified to the respective Stakeholders in a timely manner.
In-depth knowledge and experience in the documentation of specifications, design and development of use case scenarios
Utilize “As-is” Business Process Models to understand current process
Create “To-be” Business Process Models to visualize and document future process
Develop the “To-be” models in parallel with project artifacts at Program Level, Service specific.
Emphasis on requirements capturing/gathering through research, formal-informal sessions and JAD sessions with SMEs and end users, Gap analysis, data analysis, business process improvement and systems integration which works on eTOM business process framework.
Analyzing slippages and address issues through Root Cause Analysis.
Perform project retrospection and project closure activities.
Troubleshoot any issues related to Office 2010 and Windows 7 for US and Canada customers over the call.
Troubleshoot any issues related to antivirus, malware, adware with remote support for the customers across the globe via calls
