• Responsible for First Piece Inspection of critical components and effective problem solving inside the company works and carrying out the QM Check Sheet, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S and OPL activities for continuous improvement.
• Make and Modify the Quality/Process Plan for attaining quality components.

• Give effective training to the DME., ITI., candidates in company.

Presented poster presentation on “ Rapid Prototype Manufacturing Technologies” at Govt.college of Engineering,salem. 4. Participated in the Workshop on “Automotive Technoloies And Desin Tools” at National Institute of Technology,Tiruchirapalli. 5.
