• Preparing full set of Shipping documents for shipments (import and export)
• Ensuring compliance with LC's in making documentation
• Maintaining and updating with reports weekly on Customs Duty Deposits and claims thereof
• Handling logistics and maintaining stock whereabouts
• Maintaining and ensuring that a minimum of 15 passport photos are available at all times of all employees and it is stored in an area accessible by Admin Team
• Applying for Certificate of origin (Dubai / Sharjah Chamber)
• Booking Air tickets when required
• Coordinating with shipping lines to keep track on dispatched shipment
• Generating internal invoices for the project
• Arranging courier and scheduling dispatch / collection of materials
• Registering projects for insurance cover
• Generating Purchase order
• Coordinating with project department
• Closing of completed projects in ERP
• Handling catering invoices and generating invoices for the company before 3rd of each month and handing over to accounts department
• Any other responsibilities handed over by your Line Manager from time to time
