Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construction contract.
Check and verify Sub-contractor claims as per scope of work on the contract agreement to Sub-contractor and prepare the necessary cost estimates and budgeting.
Preparation of Monthly Valuation, Certification & Variation Orders.
Inspecting, Monitoring and updating of Progressed and completed work.
Preparation of detailed cost plan estimates at the various stages of the project
Coordinate with Consultant, Client and Supervise Subcontractors works.
Preparation of monthly cost reports on all aspects of the works.
Preparation of Shop drawings for the submission of Valuation & Variations.
Preparation of Material Submittals & Method Statements.
Preparation of Material Reconciliations.
Detailed Quantity take-off & Material Take-off from Tender drawings based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BoQ with description.
Obtaining quotations / bids from subcontractor, supplier / vendor in co-ordination with purchasing department.
Maintain vendor’s data base, floating enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers.
Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.
Duties & Responsibilities

Preparation of Shop drawings for the submission of Valuation & Variations.
Preparation of Material Submittals & Method Statements.
Scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BoQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer.
Detailed Quantity take-off & Material Take-off from Tender drawings based on pricing preambles and compiling the Tender BoQ with description.
Obtaining quotations / bids from subcontractor, supplier / vendor in co-ordination with purchasing department.

• • Checking, rebar detailing, Quantity Estimation & preparation of B.O.Q. for all Reinforced concrete Structures (High rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, Stadiums, & Culverts) as per BS, SA & US (asa) Standards.
• Detailing of RCC jobs of various structures
• Error free output, Timely delivery.
• Preparing bar bending schedules, for the Fabrication Shop & Preparation of placing drawing for Site Execution.
• Understanding the Job requirements and develop work plan.
• Handling Project Scheduling & Project Management.
• Self-Checking of Detailed Drawing for Quality, Delivery of timely and error free job output.
• Reporting problems and suggested solutions to the Project Manager.
• Preparation of Weekly Activity Report.
• Maintaining self-discipline and team harmony & Continuous self-learning and up gradation.
• Coordinating of work among Team members.
• Performing Team building / Building relationship and bring efficiency of the team members to produce better standard drawings. Giving Training to fresher, Work distribution and Performance valuation of Project team.
All work is carried out using the software’s like AUTO CAD, STRAKON, MULTISUITE, and MS EXCEL.

• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for all kind of concrete structures.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings for Reinforced concrete structures.
• Self-Checking of Detailed Drawing for Quality
• Delivery of timely and error free job output.
• Planning, monitoring and Supervision of all civil works.
• Weekly and monthly progress report preparation
• Bill preparation and checking of all civil works done by the contractor
