Create the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development, directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth. Works in a counseling marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership to department heads in a manner that supports the company’s culture, mission and values. Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation. Exp in resources and ensures control of IT and IO departmental budgets. Install, configure, administrate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintaining Security System & System Division’s Server, workstation hardware, software and network operating systems with emphasis on the Windows/LINUX/UNIX/Sun Solaris/OS X Lion side, Integration of Unix, Linux, RedHat based systems within a Microsoft based network, including server side project management. Maintain the corporate backup, Fixed assets database maintenance and corporate network management and monitoring.
Manage and handles ERP System Unisoft/Oracle and all IT Hardware and Software Infrastructure System
Installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Daily activities include IT system monitoring, availability of all IT hardware, and server resources
Security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions, with installing and updating of Operating System updates and Antivirus: Trend Micro, Symantec, McAfee, Windows Defender etc.
Active Directory maintenance (manage, Create, change, and delete user accounts upon request).
Providing support to all departments on issues relating to ERP.
Generating and maintaining ERP reports (Sales Report, Stock in hand Report, and Production Report etc) depending on request from the different departments.
Server backup operations, ensuring system data is successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
Help the smooth functioning of production, sales and purchase department by maintaining ERP modules with respect to each department.
ISO Standard level manage work environment, help the account’s department for smooth closing of quarterly audit & in year end closing.
Proficiency in system administration and networking Server knowledge, hyper-V & firewall, Experience or equivalent certifications demonstrating proficiency supporting Microsoft Technologies.

Installing, configuring, updating/upgrading, developing, maintaining, supporting, monitoring and optimizing key functional IT’s areas, particularly Server, Hardware, Network and Database Supply, datacenter operations, daily backups, adding, deleting, and changing users, purging files, and monitoring various servers for available capacity and facilities. Confirm availability of all IT applications and systems to end users during the operation hours and minimize the downtime, Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT‐related issues and provides answers in a timely manner. Monitors performance of Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, and supporting hardware, including routers, servers, workstations, and fiber network. Confers with users for the purpose of assessing output requirements, data processing frequency, volume of data, and other factors used to determine the need for technology support, Include maintaining desktop infrastructure such as PCs, printers, MS Windows operating systems and PC-based productivity software.
