Evaluation of Extension of Time Claim, Delay and Disruption Claims, Prolongation cost.
Prepare Time Impact estimate for Engineer’s Instruction for Client/Employer.
Issue Delay Notice, contractual letters and Highlight areas of concern/critical issues to Contractor/Client.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Client and Presentation for higher management meeting.
Monitor and track the progress of Baseline program, recovery program, E1 and E2 log.

Have hands on experience in handling multiple projects at same time with FIDIC as well as ASHGHAL (PWA-CEBA) forms of contract.
