• Preparation and submission of Claims and Variations
• Preparing, maintaining and updating of the Variation Log and Claims log
• Preparation of Sub-Contract Agreements.
• Preparation of Main Contract and Subcontract Variations
• Takeoff quantities by using Autocad and submitting to the Engineer for approval
• Preparation of BOQ and expedite the approval from the Consultant
