 Assist partners/entrepreneurs to collect quality assets (different breeds of cattle, sheep, goat, poultry, feed, vaccines, medicines, seeds, fertilizers, saplings, fishing net, fish fry etc) from different sources & & distribute to farmers.
 Frequent visit of beneficiaries farms e.g. commercial broiler, layer, goat, sheep, beef & dairy farms to look after ongoing condition, diagnosis of various disease, treatment, de-worming, vaccination, feeding management, pregnancy diagnosis.
 Assist farmers to cultivate & preserve fodder for producing milk & meat in cost effective manner.
 Train farmers on record keeping, business plan development, farm management, disease prevention, feeding management, preparation of low cost concentrate feed, hygienic milk production, marketing of out puts etc so that they can run the business in profitable manner.
 Provide training to project staff as well as farm owner to gear up knowledge on livestock management and train women vaccinator on skill development & business plan development and link them with different sources of vaccine.
 Communicate with project associate partners who are government line agencies (Directorate of Livestock Services, Department of Agricultural Extension, Department of Fisheries), for their assistance to strengthen ongoing project activities.
 Assist partner staff in market development activities like market develop workshop, rapid market survey, identification of potential market actors & link with producer groups/federation for marketing of agricultural products e.g. milk, beef, egg, fish etc to establish profitable value chain through group marketing approach.
 Prepared annual budget & various kinds of reports e.g. vaccination, de-worming etc as per project requirement.

 Conduct & facilitate PNGO staff training on market development activities (PMSD & EMMA, rapid market survey, sub sector selection etc).
 Assist to identify potential local agricultural service providers (paravet, seed & fertilizer seller, feed seller, fry trader etc), train them on skill development & business plan development by involving Govt. line departments (DLS) & private sectors (medicine companies, feed companies, AI service providers etc).
 Assist PNGO staff to transfer quality agricultural inputs (e.g. dairy & beef breeds, shed materials, feed, fodder, medicine, vaccine etc) to beneficiaries through local service providers
 Assist to develop farmer’s group production plan/business plan, compilation/aggregation for bulk transaction of inputs & out puts.
 Regular farm visit to monitor routine vaccination & de-worming & overall management of farm to ensure better production.
 Diagnosis of diseases of animals & birds for proper treatment including surgical interventions.
 Assist to establish Rural Sales and Service Centers (RSSC) as an institution & assist to get license from different Govt. institutions.
 Assist executive committee members of RSSC to establish effective linkage with local trades & corporate companies for smooth transaction of agricultural inputs & out puts (milk & beef) by ensuring maximum profit for value chain actors.
 Assist to form Agricultural Service Provider Associations (Agriculture, fisheries & livestock) and link with representatives of input supplying companies, NGOs, Govt. line departments, producer groups, RSSCs
 Preparation of different types of report e.g. monthly report, semi-annual, annual & project closing reports, case studies & cash flow.

 Identification of potential producers, farmer leaders, Livestock Health Workers (LHW), AI technicians to support milk producing groups.
 Identify potential market actors (Medicine companies, feed companies, dairy processors etc) and service providers (Vet & AI service providers, feed seller, medicine seller etc) at the working area and link with producers & service providers for transaction of inputs & services without project contribution for inputs.
 Develop service points in rural areas to ensure door step services at economic price & to ensure bulk selling of milk at higher price.
 Develop and maintain liaison & linkage with value chain stake holders like milk collectors, dairy processors, vet medicine companies, AI service providers, feed sellers, Govt. Livestock Offices & dairy related NGOs.
 Develop & review module for project participant’s training.

 Ensure scheduled vaccination & de-worming at community level.
 Preparation of different kinds of reports at team level.
 Arrange & conduct meeting, seminar & workshop within actors of dairy value chain & service providers.

 Train Farm Technical Officer to run their activities smoothly.
 Arrange meeting with other farm staff to discuss about upcoming farm activities
 Monitoring regular activities happening in poultry sheds.
 Look after farm management activities (brooding, litter management, feeding, watering, vaccination, medication, lighting, temperature management, de-beaking, egg collection, egg transfer to hatching unit etc) through farm employees.
 Assist to monitor growth rate of chicks & pullets of parent stock (both broiler & layer), egg production rate & hatchability rate

 Culling of birds in case of lower production or congenital deformities
 Assist to diagnose different diseases for providing proper treatment for ill isolated birds. Sending specific specimen to renounced laboratory for confirmatory diagnosis in critical cases.
 Assist to collect quality feed, vaccines, medicines, disinfectants & other farm materials.
 Monitoring farm bio-security
 Monitoring activities of hatching unit periodically (temperature management in setting & hatching tray), grading & sexing of day old chicks, packaging & transferring chicks for marketing.
 Communicate with consultant for trouble shooting.
 Prepared different types of reports as per requirement and submit to farm manager.

Here I have gone through two kinds of curricula Veterinary Medicine & Animal Husbandry. I have completed successfully 12 month internship program in different places of Bangladesh (Govt. Veterinary Hospital, BLRI, LRI, ICDDRB, Milk Vita, BRAC poultry Project etc) and India (Madras & Bangalore Veterinary College).
