Description: A multiuser SharePoint website which facilitates user (Siemens HR & BU) to verify and
approve the appraisal letter of an Employee based on the performance of the employee in the
organization. It follows workflow architecture to process an appraisal letter seamlessly at various
levels for its approval. It also provides an automated mechanism for mail communication to
concerned parties at various events of a business process. Reporting functionality is provided to
Admin through which reports can be generated for collective analysis on all business processes under
the scope of this application with their status and admin can also generate a report in the form of
excel (using export to excel).

Description: A multiuser application which is used to gather the feedback of the Volvo Customers and
Analysis of the different aspect of the Feedback, On the base of different parameters. The application
targeted the following user.
• Administrator of the Web Site.
• Surveyor, who schedule the survey and sent them to the different customer
• Customer, who gives the feedback on the bases of notification sent to him.
The application is divided into three basic modules.
• Admin Control Panel - to control the different permission of the application and set the
master data and different parameters for the application.
• Surveyor Control Panel - to create a survey and send it to customer to gather feedback from
them.
• User section - it provides feedback form for the customer to fill up their feedback on specific
product.
