•Testing Adjusting Balancing works for AHU’s & FCU’s
•Water Balancing Works for Chilled Water System
•Operation and maintenance of HVAC System
•Carrying out Personnel & Fire safety guidance to sub-ordinates and inventory planning & control.
•Making substitute arrangement when spare not available to minimize machine downtime; arranging in-house/ local development of imported machine spare parts

•Leading a team of 6 HVAC Technicians & 1 supervisor
•Water Balancing works for all the Chilled water system and Condenser water system
