• Receives shipments of goods and ensures it corresponds with the packing list or invoice copy.
• Ensures SRV are prepared and sent to the related department.
• Ensures that checks are made on the production and expiry dates when the items are received.
• Co-ordinates with assistant for items arrangement by FIFO rules.
• Co-ordinates with assistant for items issuing FIFO rules.
• Ensures that the items are issued according to the invoice details.
• Monitors stock status.
• Reports about near expiry items with related department.
• Ensures the checks are made for the frozen items & chiller temperature every day.
• Ensures that space is arranged for the coming shipments.
• Checks that the stores properly cleaned and arranged.
• Solves any differences between computer and physical stock with related department.
• Organizes and prepares all the stores for the year end stock counting.
