• Managing the day-to-day Operations of the Office.
• Preparing the meeting schedule
• Creating the custom vat bill
• Organizing and Maintaining files and records.
• Planning and Scheduling Meetings and Appointments.

Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the materials store to the correct point of
contact/storage area.
• Able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Responsible for storage of Materials and Stationary stock.
• Receive Invoices/Delivery Order and entry in system
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash
registers, or optical price scanners.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity
has been received.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
• Entry Materials Request of production, villa, maintenance, store, showroom, marketing in Oracle
software
• Preparing Sick Leave, Annual Leave, Time Sheet, Overtime for store employees
• Handle employees problems and assign to their tasks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
