Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews and analysis to assess their quality.
• Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
• Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record keeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establishes updates and maintains databases, files and records in automated information systems, enters data into system files and databases, researches and retrieves information from databases, incorporates data into assigned records and documents, creates statistical reports and summaries from data, and generates automated reports from systems.
• Assists department management with budget related activities; collects and reports information used in developing budget proposals, monitors and reports expenditures and fund balances, researches budget issues, and prepares budget reports and summaries upon request.
• Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
• Host in-house recruitment events
• Discuss employees career development paths with managers
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
• Review departmental budgets
• Organize learning and development programs
• Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
• Make a clear understanding of employers business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies that support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participates in the accomplishment of organizational, departmental and workgroup goals and objectives.
• Exhibits a service orientation toward customers and maintains productive working relationships.
• Supervises clerical and administrative support functions, directs and evaluates assigned staff, ensures clerical activities support department staff and facilitate the operations of department programs and services, establishes and implements office procedures and practices, and reviews workflow and assignments.
• Prepares and/or processes administrative documents for the department to include purchasing documents, personnel forms, accounts payable documents, invoices, travel
• Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
• Performance analyses of employees
• Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
• Employee recruitment, including interviews and hiring
• Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees
• Perform employee evaluations and make recommendations on personnel actions, such as promotions or firing
• Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
• Review records and reports relevant to payroll, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance
• Work with other supervisors to coordinate workplace activities with other departments, units or teams
• Implement company or departmental policies, procedures and quality/service standards
• Maintain records, including inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, and maintenance documentation
Major Duties performed:
• Maintains operations by monitoring error and stoppage messages, observing peripheral equipment, entering commands to correct errors and stoppages, reloading paper, making adjustments in process, notifying supervisor for additional resources.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and tests, following manufacturers instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
