The Restructuring Department deals with troubled accounts that require a focused relationship managment team to handle and maintain. Our main goal is to restructure client facilities to minimize losses and ultimately return the client to business status.
Roles of the Restructuring department include:
- Restructure Accounts and maintain a “performing” Account status.
- Help improve client account performance while maintaining the banks interest.
- Perform Syndicate Restructurings on large scale clients with other banks and Financial institutions.
- Improve the banks position by increasing collaterals against granted facilities.
The Corporate Banking Division offers its a services to a wide range of clients (with revenues between SAR 200MM - SAR 1.2Bn). As a result this brings about a wide variety of challenges which requires us to meet each clients needs on different levels of sophistication
Role includes
Managing relationships with a leading portfolio of medium to large corporate clients in the origination and execution of corporate banking transaction
Monitor client performance and perform KYC, client onboarding & pipeline maintenance
Maintain close coordination with all relevant product partners to ensure close alignment, prioritization and opportunity identification across the target client portfolio
Monitor client performance (financials, management, relevant news) and escalate any potential credit, operational, legal, compliance or environmental consideration to the team
Resolved a variety of complex client issues and reconstruction of accounts to maintain customer relationships efficiency.
The Institutional Banking Division consists of large corporates exceeding SR 600MM revenues.
* Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis.
* Preparing quarterly and annual reports for the public.
* Publishing the company's announcements to the CMA and Tadawul websites.
* Assuring that all information published complies with the Corporate Governance rules and the CMA Laws.
* To provide information and to answer all interested parties' question with the compliance of Corporate Governance rules.
* Organizing shareholder meetings
* Assuring that shareholders and executives comply with the CMA and Corporate Governance rules.
* Updating and developing the investor relations page on the company's website for the convenience of the public.
Bachelor of commerce(BCom) degree with double major in Accounting and Commercial Law, minoring in Taxation.
