■ As a member of the senior management team, contribute to the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans, which enable the achievement of Company objectives

■ Define and develop the financial strategy for the total business, which supports and enables the achievement of overall Company objectives

■ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
■ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
■ Manage the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy
■ Monitor and perform studies to interpret financial actions and modify accounting processes and provide technical advice and recommend improvements for same
■ Leading the transition to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
■ Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
■ Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
■ Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
■ Coordinate and complete annual and semiannual audits

■ Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
■ Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business.
■ Identifies and communicates issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk.
■ Develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
■ Supervise, train and mentor associates and interns providing guidance and overall review of deliverables throughout the audit process.
■ Research and analyze financial statement and related issues.
