I am involved in numerous facets of the business, ranging from Sales to Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
I am mainly responsible for monitoring DSD for 19 stores across the southern region, checking invoices, VAT authentication and adjustment, and posting.
Other duties include updating JDA, ensuring appropriate depositing of cash sales in CDM, bank reconciliation and auditing void / refund transactions periodically.
I was involved in numerous facets of the business, including reviewing existing tenants’ requirements, renewal of contracts, overseeing account payables and receivables, and auditing monthly cash flows. I took part with the wider team in reviewing the entity’s portfolio of real estate assets in order to ensure better utilization of resources.
This course covered the fundamentals of financial accounting supported by many assignments including a project aimed at providing comprehensive financial analysis of a Tadawul listed company based on three years financials.
